Karen has been nothing short of a spectacular host, and her home was exactly what we needed for our weekend visit to LA. We were six adults who were in town for the weekend, and Karen's space was spacious, clean, close to downtown, USC, and easy to get around broader LA. As a host, Karen was very communicative, flexible, and gracious. She's even been super helpful and supportive in getting items that one of my guests had forgotten at the Airbnb. I highly recommend this listing while in LA. I would most certainly stay at any of Karen's listings again.

This was a Christmas family trip. There was 9 of us. We all had plenty of room. Plenty of bathrooms which the teens loved. Every thing was clean and neat. Karen was amazing. On top of everything!!!!!! Thanks for the gifts for the kids❤️❤️❤️❤️ I will definitely recommend and be back when I come on another trip this way. Made lots of great memories at Karen’s place!!!🙏❤️

This Airbnb exceeded all expectations! The location is ideal quiet yet close to everything you need. The space is stylish, spotless, and the beds are very comfortable. It truly feels like a home away from home. The host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. The small outdoor patio and convenient parking were an added bonus. Highly recommend this gem I’ll definitely be back!

The house was clean and well-maintained. The location is central and convenient, and the neighborhood feels safe and quiet. Having an included parking space was a huge plus. The host was very communicative and easy to reach throughout the stay. Overall, a great experience, highly recommend!!
