A Resort Style vacation home with all the amenities of a lazy river, big pool with tiki bar & music playing, water slides for the kids, golf courses for adults, gym, club bar & restaurant, Game Center, theater which features new movies each day. Enough to entertain everyone. Suits all your needs. Comfy house which comes with its own pool when y’all just decide to chill in the house & stay in the pool. It has everything so that everyone will have a good time.

Good to know
This is a gated resort townhome, has 4 bedrooms & 3 baths, comfy for 11 guests. Has a pool, in addition to the amenities that include the big pool(warmed), lazy river, golf courses, theater, gym, spa, volleyball court. To top it: it’s 20 min from the different Disney & entertainment parks.
Other Details to Note
There’s an enclosed/covered Lanai or small pool in the back 3-4ft deep and it has a gate for the safety of the children. We provide the gated feature to prevent accidents. Ultimately, the parents have to take sole responsibility of their children’s safety. By booking this house, you agree with this term.

Most of the people you meet there are vacationers like you. A short drive outside the development are convenient stores(Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, McDonald, Wendy’s, etc) l, Pharmacy, supermarket(Publix), restaurants, gas stations & other offices/stores that cater for the needs of resort community. There’s a high end hotel Omni in same area. (FYI: for other friends who want to stay in the nearby hotel).
Guest Access
It’s a gated community with a guard in front. Owner will arrange for your gate entry/access when booked. Guests will need to provide car info and guests’ driver’s licenses bcoz security checks it at the gate.
Location
Clubhouse is a walking distance if you fancy walking. You can drive to the clubhouse for the amenities and to the golf course. Or, when you know you’re drinking, you can call a shuttle to pick you up, from the house to clubhouse or golf course, and back. There’s a shuttle service you can call to get around the resort. If you want to avail this shuttle, the tel # is: 407-279-8999. By the way, you can rent out a golf cart from the golf course.(need to call them for terms). Gate tel#: 407-507-1570
