*NOTE* This is a 2nd story unit and requires an internal staircase for access. Unit is a historic house and does have uneven floors. Property sleeps 2 guests in 1 Full size bed with room for 1 other on a twin roll about. Must be at least 25 years old to book. No smoking/vaping inside the unit. Smoking is permitted outside the unit and disposed off accordingly. No parties or large gatherings Keep the noise level to a minimum. No pets. Locked closet is off limits and serves as a utility closet for housekeeping. Please report any damages that occur while occupying the residence. When leaving the unit, please be sure all windows and doors are locked, everything is shut off to include but not limited to, lights, fans, water, etc. Ensure all dirty dishes are cleaned and stowed away or left in the dishwasher and turned on before your departure.

NOTE: Street Parking is Free. Our parking is undergoing renovation. Guests are allowed to park on the back lawn for additional parking. Keep in mind there are two other units in the building-be sure to leave space for other vehicles. To access the back yard: Starting from the front of the property... Turn right at the light (Jon Henry Store on the right corner) Turn right at the second light (gas station will be on the right) Turn right into the parking lot to the gas station (back of the store) and proceed to the white fence. Open the white fence and pull your vehicle through. Parking on the lawn is permitted. Parking outside the white fence is not permitted.
