Pool heating is optional for an extra fee, best for the cooler months (October–May) when the water needs a little warmth. Please help us by keeping doors and windows closed when not in use. This keeps the A/C running efficiently and helps minimize dust and debris inside the home. 🪳 Natural Wildlife While the home is professionally cleaned and maintained with regular pest control, this is still the desert-- you may occasionally see bugs or critters, especially if doors are left open or food is left out. Keeping things sealed and tidy helps! We may occasionally rearrange decor or make small updates to improve guest comfort-- thanks for your understanding! Also, we're embracing the desert vibe🏜️ at our Indio home and conserving water by letting our front and backyard go natural with minimal grass. It’s a practical choice for sustainable living out here! :) Please note that pool, pest and gardening services may occur before, during, or after your stay, as needed, to maintain a great experience for your getaway and future guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lory and Pinay’s place. The house was beautiful and well-kept. It looked just as advertised and they were very communicative and accommodating hosts. From the thoughtful welcome snacks to delivering a coffee maker when we couldn’t figure out how to use the existing one, they made us feel right at home with their exceptional hospitality. We will definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for our staycation. We loved the pool, it was perfect for our small kids. Kaitlyn was quick to respond and so sweet! We had a wonderful stay at Kaitlyn’s home. Everything was exactly as described, beautifully decorated with stylish furniture and tasteful wall art. The saltwater pool was the perfect size, and we really enjoyed having that feature. The dining table was large and stunning, perfect for gathering and meals. The patio doors brought in so much natural light, making the space feel bright and welcoming. We didn’t use the garage, but it looked like a great hangout spot with the pool table, definitely a fun bonus. We especially loved the Pac-Man machine, which added a nostalgic and playful touch. The big-screen TVs in every room, all equipped with Roku, were also a great feature for relaxing in the evenings. Something people don’t often mention, but absolutely should, the mattresses were incredibly comfortable, and there was no shortage of pillows, which made for a great night’s sleep. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again soon! Thank you Kaitlyn!

Beautiful home looks just like the pictures, super clean, very comfy we felt right at home. love the wallpapers and decor! host is great, the home is close to many restaurants and stores. we spent lots of time in the pool it was so much fun. the kids loved it as well, thank you so much can’t wait to book again!

What a gem! Had a blast at this awesome spot with the fam! The saltwater pool was perfect for my kids to splash around safely. The spa was a chill way to end the day. House looks amazing— beautifully designed, super clean, and had everything we needed. The game room and swing chairs were a hit, and we loved the comfy beds, fast WiFi, and thoughtful touches throughout– made our stay feel like a true home away from home. Host was incredible-- responsive and made everything easy. Great location–house is in a quiet neighborhood, easy access to groceries and restaurants, had tons of parking, and a quick drive to Palm Springs. Highly recommend for families or anyone craving a relaxing desert escape! We’ll definitely be back!
