Additionally, swimming is not allowed. • Access to Water: Be prepared for a steep walk from the house down to the water, especially if you’re bringing kayaks or paddleboards. It’s a beautiful view, but it can be a bit of a trek! • Security Cameras: For your safety and security, we have doorbell and driveway cameras that will be operational during your stay. • Respectful Environment: We warmly welcome guests who appreciate a peaceful and respectful environment. House Rules

🗑️ Trash collection is scheduled for every Tuesday and Friday morning. Your assistance in placing the trash bin at the curb on Monday night or Thursday night is greatly appreciated. Pet Fee is $65 we allow up to 2 small/midsize non-shedding dogs. Pets must be older than 2 yrs, house trained, crated while owner away, and kept off furniture/bedding or place bed sheet over couches. We recently visited for my 40th birthday for a girl’s weekend. It was the perfect location and the home was beautiful! It was perfect for our needs and there are some gorgeous spots to explore nearby. We would all definitely come back!

My friends and I celebrated my birthday at this house. We wanted to be connected to nature and that we did. Kayaking on the river was so peaceful, it goes on for miles. The houses on that river truly were built around the nature not to disturb the natural habitat. It was so nice to see the river view without neighbors or houses. The house was clean and had everything you needed with close grocery stores. The neighborhood was quiet and we woke up to lots of birds morning song. I personally was on the back porch majority of the time, the view and wrap around porch was my favorite. My friends and I felt extremely rested and would definitely come back to this location again! Moschellos II pizza and Riviera Maya Mexican Restaurant were amazing!

This house was even better than the pictures. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the lake and an absolutely amazing view. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and attentive. The internet went down right before our check-in, but they handled it immediately even bringing a new modem so it was never an issue for us. The kayaks and bicycles were a great bonus and added a lot of fun to our stay. The outdoor fireplace is beautiful, and everything needed to enjoy it was provided, making for some unforgettable moments. The rooms are spacious and cozy, and check-in was smooth and easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and made check-in and check-out easy. The location was secluded, peaceful, and relaxing. The house was equipped with everything you may need. Even games for family fun night :). Would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay here again!

the house is very high end with great finishes and equipped with everything we needed. loved hanging out on the back porch overlooking the natural spring river. accommodated 7 people very comfortably. would highly recommend. they were also available to respond to all my questions immediately.
