My friends and I loved staying here! We were a group of 6 in town for a competition at the convention center which was only about a 10m drive away. The Strip is also about 10 minutes. You can see the Strat from the front yard, but it's just far enough to be peaceful still. There are 4 beds, three couches, an air mattress and a chair that can fold down into a futon style twin (shares master bedroom). The two couches in the livingroom are very comfortable, I nearly slept on the green one for a night until my friends woke me up 😂. Some of the photos in the listing are outdated when it comes to the furniture, but it's still accurate for what you can expect for the vibe of the place. We had just one small hiccup with the livingroom TV and they sent someone over to help right away and handled it in a professional and considerate manner. The jet tub in the master bath and the pool table are a nice touch. I would totally re-book.

Wonderful Stay at Pinay's place The house is big, 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds and lots of linen, pillows and towels. 3 full bathrooms, fully equipped (soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc). Very clean. The amenities were great, from the pool table to the amazing hot tub and the pool and all the huge screens were we enjoyed the Bears-Rams game. The location is great, a very peaceful neighborhood, ideal after spending hours on the strip and casinos (10-15 minutes drive from the main attraction). Pinay and Pon were very helpful, aways wondering if we were doing good or if we ever needed anything else (that we didn't because we had everything we needed). Check in instructions were simple and comfortable. Close to the house (2 miles) we found the best diner (Lou's Diner on Decatur), that became our favorite breakfast place. We would definitely recommend Pinay's house. Thank you! Martin.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect and a quick 10 minute uber to the strip. The host was very responsive and let us have a late checkout for a late flight so we didn’t have to deal with our luggage. Had everything we needed :)

Host was very helpful suggesting restaurants, and making sure we did not need anything while staying. Loved the fact I didn’t need to do “chores” before leaving! If you are traveling with a group and like a softer bed make sure and choose the bedroom by the pool table! 😉 We would definitely stay here again.
