What lovely host with a pristine house! The pool was unusually big bc they have a great size lot in the back with room for a dining area, pool house & outside fire pit! Furthermore I left a personal item there that was expensive & Pinay contacted me immediately & let me race back to get it. She even offered to mail it to me! Very sweet! Swimming with manatees was the goal & it did not disappoint so book your bucket list trip & stay at Pinay’s lovely home

We had the best time! This house was exactly what we needed for our stay in Crystal river. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you’d need, (including lots of seasonings in the cupboard!) Beds were comfortable with extra linens for colder nights, and our family couldn’t get enough of the pool / pool house. One of the things I had concerns about when planning our vacation was access to the pool and keeping my young kids safe, and I was so happy to see that Pinay had a safety net to block off the pool area. Having that second barrier gave us such a peace of mind. The location is incredible. Our goal was to see manatees in January. What I didn’t realize when planning our vacation is that there are very few places that allow swimming & have water access during this time of year. By chance we booked a place within a 5 minute drive to the most beautiful beach where we swam in close proximity to tons of manatees every day. Kings Bay was fantastic- as was this Airbnb - thank you!

The only thing I wish was different was the temperature when we were there. It was a chilly couple of days and the pool was not useable as the heater could not keep up. Otherwise everything was quite suitable to our needs!

What a great place! It was close to so many things! And the outdoor area is sooo nice! Heated pool, pool house with pool table, toys for kids, comfortable outdoor furniture, grill area and dining table… There are a lot of things to do in the area and this house was centrally located so we could get to all of our activities quickly and easily. The beds were comfy. We stayed with a family of five (3 kids, 2 adults) and it was perfect. Located in a neighborhood but felt very private as there aren’t houses immediately next door on either side. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again if we come back to the area. The kitchen is well-stocked and there is a washer/dryer available. They also have beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler available if you need to borrow them.
