For now, guests may park on the back lawn. Please follow the marked route and park considerately so all guests have space. Larger Groups Traveling with more people? House Rules

NOTE: *The name of this property is 'Valley Joy' - Please note that the entrance to this unit is NOT the front door of the larger home This single-story apartment requires 2 exterior steps from the front of the building to enter and 3 of entering from the back. Also- the floors in that unit is not uneven. It’s in the newer part of the building and flat tiled floor😉. - Guests can pull their vehicles into the backyard for additional parking. DIRECTION: From 81 - Turn left at the light adjacent to Dunkin Donuts. Turn right into the parking lot behind the gas station. Drive to the white fence gate. Pull into the backyard. Be mindful of other guests and leave space for two other vehicles if needed. *If entering from the back. Entrance is located down the side porch to the left of the building. The door is green located in the middle of the building. There is a sign that reads JOY to the left of the green door.

Please observe quiet time 9PM to 8 AM NOTE: We do not offer refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. We recommend you get travel insurance. NOTE: Street Parking is Free. Our parking is undergoing renovation. Guests are allowed to park on the back lawn for additional parking. Keep in mind there are two other units in the building-be sure to leave space for other vehicles. To access the back yard: Starting from the front of the property... Turn right at the light (Jon Henry Store on the right corner) Turn right at the second light (gas station will be on the right) Turn right into the parking lot to the gas station (back of the store) and proceed to the white fence. Open the white fence and pull your vehicle through. Parking on the lawn is permitted. Parking outside the white fence is not permitted
