Neat house with pool and water view near Rainbow Park. The house is nice with plenty to do and kitchen equipped. Nicely decorated. Great view of the water and wildlife. It’s a drive to town and the park but the seclusion was nice. I think the water was down significantly so didn’t kayak but it’s pretty and the birds amazing. Pool is clean (and cold). The pool table was fun! Thank you !

This place was as described. Very nice for a Disney trip. The only problem we had was they had two rooms that had ceiling fans that only worked with the lights on. So you could not sleep with the fan going. Other than that it is a great location and a very nice place.

This place was amazing for our group of 7! The pool area was beautiful, beds were comfortable, the pool house and games kept the kids busy for hours and the space was plenty big for us. We explored Crystal River and Hunter Springs and both were beautiful! Definitely recommend this house and location!

My group of friends had a fantastic stay. The host was incredibly flexible with both the check-in and check-out times. We were lucky enough to meet the host when we walked in and she was incredibly hospitable and funny. She offered to pick us up some groceries since we did not have transportation ourselves. An incredibly kind gesture that made us all feel right at home! She also brought us homemade food in the afternoon. It got rave reviews from everyone at the house. We were lucky enough to enjoy the night life of Vegas and at the same time enjoy a warm and welcoming home. I highly recommend anyone visiting Vegas to stay here. You will have a great time!

We had a wonderful experience with our host. She was very friendly, professional, and made us feel truly welcome. The home was lovely—spotlessly clean and exactly as described in the listing. I also appreciated that it was located in a quiet neighborhood close to the attractions we wanted to visit, as well as nearby grocery stores and local restaurants. Highly recommended!

Over Exceeded my expectations‼️ Looks very cute from the outside and is Beautiful in the inside. From the walls to the furniture to the home layout. Host was super responsive and willing to go over and beyond to make sure your stay is Stellar. Everything they said they had, they had. It was a great stay.

Pool was amazing and thank goodness it’s heated we had a cold front come through and it was only 50s our last day but we still go to enjoy the pool since it was so pleasant. Master shower is amazing! Beds are comfy too!

Pinay’s place was a great little getaway close to the springs and other attractions. The pool and backyard was a great oasis for relaxing after a day of exploring and it is located in a quiet little neighborhood great for walking l. I would highly recommend staying here.

Pinay was a wonderful hostess. She was quick to respond and patient with our questions about little things. The home was well stocked, with thoughtful amenities, such as pool towels and pool toys, pillows on the poolside chairs, kitchen supplies, inside and outside games, and more. We especially enjoyed the pool and the pool table. The check out instructions were simple and easy to complete quickly. This was a great place to chill!

The place was amazing! We had lots to do just at the house. Kayaks, firepit, a little game room, and a porch to enjoy the weather. I would definitely come back here with a small group of friends!
